Returning To Where It All Starts...

"Farhan, was it you the one who I ran into this afternoon near the canteen?" Mrs. Sidhu asked me out of the blue in the class.

"Yes, it was me. I was about greeting you but you were in quite rush."

"Right, I was in hurry that I even doubted whether I really did saw you or someone else. I even asked myself later, "Should I give a second glimpse to make sure of it? Is he really Farhan? Is he really our Farhan? (Mere chortle in the class) Because the one that I know smiles a lot, most of the time. I'd never seen someone with such so serious looking just like the one that I met near the cafe"

I did nothing but smile.

Hujung Minggu Yang Tiada Hujungnya

2 hari berlalu, 2 paper dah habis. Tinggal 1 je lagi. Tak merasa hujung minggulah jawabnya.

Datang Lagi...

Saya dok tengok-tengok, muka awak ni macam orang yang akan ambik komputer jugak akhirnya. Tapi taknak la entah-entah masin pulak mulut saya.
Pukul 3 pagi. 10 Julai 2010.

Hergh.

Choosing things out of interest is different than choosing things that I want but I'm not interested with. The pressure is killing me already, geez.

Argh! Baru dapat cabaran sikit je dah fikir bukan-bukan. Sudah, sudah! Menyesal sekarang atau menyesal kemudian hari.

Monolog,
10 Julai 2010,
Mahallah Umar Al-Khattab 1.

Sekarang, dah 7 minggu berada di sini. Minggu depan, 23, 24, 25 ada midterm examination. Tapi setakat mana entahlah baru ready. Lepas exam tu mungkin satu masa yang sungguh ideal untuk balik. Release pressure exam lah kononnya. Hee. Cuti midsem pun minggu depan dah, 17 - 18 Julai haha. Tak terasa macam cuti midsem langsung. Kalau ada rezeki, sampailah kat umah. Bukan orang je, rumah pun da berubah. Tu baru 2 bulan. Kalau lama lagi? Haha.

Okei, ciao.

Es, Eclipse da keluar. Weeee

p.s : Recently, at KC1, 3 different rooms became the target at 1 single night, forcing the students to do sentry. IDK until when.

Not A Rainy Day. But I Miss Rainy Days

Hi. It's me again here (and of course it is me. Who else could it be?) I guess, I am pretty addicted yet again to this. Well, it's been a veryyyy longggg time. No wonder I am.

The days kept stretching on and on. Last week, everyone was busy with this AGM (Annual Grand Meeting), that MAT (Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan) and such held by various societies here. It was said that Student Activities Department (STAD) had included in their portfolio that every societies here should have their own AGM each year. And, Tadaa! We students can see many many posters with different designs pasted everywhere; the walls, pillars, noticeboards etc. But is getting lesser this week, which is quite a good sign.

Okay, so I have been here for more than 6 weeks, when I remembered a few things that happen during the very first days I was here.

During the Ta'aruf Week, a few handphones were claimed to be lost at UKC1. I also did see two seniors were talking with a policeman, I suppose (unless I've mistakenly taken him as one and he could actually be a warden) A few days later (I guess it was after Ta'aruf Week), a senior's laptop also went missing, making me thinking again about bringing Emma here.

That's just few cases, so many days back, and at UKC1. There are still other colleges here. Who knows how is it today?

Till later. Bye.

p.s : I am really really out of things...

A Rainy Day...

Hi again! Gosh, I can't believe that I'm actually updating my blog again, after my last one (last night). I'm at the Cyber Cafe though, as it struck me that this will be a short update. I'm pretty chilled in this air-conditioned CC. It rained today (but I bet you already know that from the title, don't you?), making today bit cooler than ever.

I was at Pameran Pengantin yesterday, held at Midvalley Megamall (Not that I was there for that particular exhibition, though, but I just came across a 'pintu gerbang' written "Pameran Pengantin". Ahhh, sounds good, that I just stepped in) There were too many booths there that I even circled around the same booths for a few times. Not that I got lost, but I couldn't find the exit door haha. There were almost everything related to weddings there (for sure, blimey).

I went to a wedding photographer booth, looking at those pictures in the albums that they had. Damn, there were bloody nice pictures. (I was rather attracted to the photography techniques that used than the people in the pictures, though)

A guy who was in charge for the booth came to me, handing out a brochure.
Guy : Weddingnya kat mana? Da ada plan?
Me : Err, takde lagi. Just tengok-tengok dulu.
Guy : Oh, okay ahah. Silalah.
Then, I was at a catering booth. A middle-aged lady gave their brochure.
Lady : Majlisnya kat mana?
Me : Tak tahu la lagi tu. Sebab plan pun tak lagi haha.
Lady : Oh, kalau dah ada, eloklah sebab masa pameran ni kitorang ada buat promosi itu ini.
Heck yes, all the booths are giving discounts and such. I wondered, will I be able to have such opportunities for my wedding. Discounts, you folk. That can save a lot of fulus. Wowo.

Thinking of this however remind me of what my Bio lecturer used to said in class.
Lecturer : You know what, this is the time for you to enjoy what you are having. (The life we're having before it gets to working phase, as the adults do, he meant)
*the class was quiet, so he continued*
Lecturer : Boys, do you know what time is it?
(I thought he was actually referring to the 'time'. Well, of course he did. The watch I mean. The clock)
*The students were still quiet, though, so he continued again*
Lecturer : It's time to get married, before getting to work. Not working and then get married. And girls, do you know what time is it?
*Still, no one else talk, that he continued again*
Lecturer : It's time to get a partner (to be your husband). A matured one, but of course you yourself have to be matured too.
However, he didn't tell why did he say so. I mean, it couldn't be that easy. And I haven't yet asked him. Well, maybe tomorrow. I have a Bio class early in the morning. (And I haven't finished my Bio Lab Report. Damn. And he wanted it by Monday, tomorrow. Damn. Damn. Damn)

Till later then. Bye.

p.s : There was one wedding card booth with sooo nice card designs. Posters, English styles, retro and blah blah blah.
p.s.s : People don't use 'kad wangi' anymore, I guess.
p.s.s.s : There was a maknyah at a booth. And 'she' even gave me a brochure. Oh gosh, I hope I can remember which one so that I can throw it away.

After Six Weeks...

If you're thinking of continue reading, do remember that you're not gonna get back your precious minutes through this.

Time Will Stop For Us by ~xDenise at DeviantArt

Heya guys. It's been quite a time since I last spilled anything here, particularly after my leave. (Fawwaz had been urging me to write too, kind of) Life here is not so hectic that I don't even have the slightest seconds of my time to say
Hi!
Gosh, It's been donkey's years since the last blog update!
Life's fine and great.
Gotta go now.
Bye!
on the blog. (Though I don't really mean that 'fine and great' part) Nevertheless, it's just that I don't have my own laptop here. Not that there's no other way, but, seriously, I won't dare to borrow others for hours to complete one crappy post as I used to before, at home. (Yeah, it usually takes hours for a single post, really, that I've never been great at telling things, made me sometimes thinking I could be a man of a few words which I'm not really sure whether I'm understanding it the right way or not. Theoretically, all men are but still some are doing just fine. Geez, I don't even know why I am bothered about this)

Back to the topic (hours for a post), I'm kind of feeling guilty that it doesn't actually takes hours to finish, but still, a long time, that I can't believe I'm actually typing this of a paper that I've scribbled beforehand. Let alone doing it at Cyber Cafe. I can't imagine how Galleons would I have to pay *** Okay, not just because of time, internet connection here is sooooooo crappy. We cannot register the laptops to get access to the internet YET (after weeks), and it is widely known to be really slow, not to mention that the connection at Cyber Cafe is also such a wreck. (And they even dare to hang banners with "Internet Laju" on it) Due to this situation, we have to use an anti-censorship software to get access to the wireless connection illegally, but they CANNOT blame us, right? Some also use broadbands because of this.

Can you imagine that you're opening Google Mail in standard version but failed that you have to do it in the basic HTML version (and it also failed, sometimes)? Or you are opening Google Reader and it always failed that you have to reload for a few time-wasting-times? Or you are opening Facebook and all the interface items are in such a mess that need reloadings? But still, you reload and reload, you can't have "Older Posts" button at the bottom, you can't go online on Facebook Chat as it takes ages to load friend list, and a few others that I don't feel like typing here? Well, that's how it is here. (And don't tell me to cool down, be patient. I'm just exaggerating, you know. Okay, I'm not really exaggerating! It does happen, for god's sake.)

Okay, time to stop that crappy intro. I'm gonna write about things here. I will. However, I'm wondering how many people would stop reading this post, skip to the last line, or they might even miss this particular line. Nevermind.

Well, it has been...*rush away for calendar* *come back*...6 weeks I'm here, away from home. But heck, I don't know what to write.

The orientation week was damn boring. Lectures are OK, I guess. But, the crap is, I was caught with my very first chemist tutorial undone, and I screwed up the chemist first quiz. Also, I've started falling asleep during bio lecture. Crap. Okay, let's pray that won't ever happen again. Never. The midterm examination is in July but still, I haven't cope things well, yet. (Darn! It's in this month!)

Dessen Books by Sujuluv at DeviantArt

Anyway, being here has turned me back into an avid reader (Some are novels, you can say). Alas, they're not really academic books to say. (Which would bore me out of my mind. Not always actually. Sometimes. It could also mean they're less interesting, you know, that I might fall asleep halfway through it)

Somehow, it might stuck you how could some lines on those mere fiction papers were alike to your past days of life, or might not. I even used to be said having false, silly instincts (If you can call them instincts) But, still, at least that is what I believe it is. Knowing you're life is kind of related to those lines as though make me being slapped on the face that the hand even said...
That's it! You silly rotten stupid goddamn ignorant bastard!!!
Past is past, though. Being here is rather alone, also, in spite of everything around. But who cares anyway.

Oh, I was back from BTN also. It was last week. Mind you, it was bloody boring. That's what I had. It was also not as bad as I expected, with ridiculous damned activities and such. Still, I can't help thinking it might be because of the name of the institution I'm in now (and the students), or the program would go the other way. Well, I've heard stories, a few, that I'm not sure what the others have at all other places.

Okay okay okay. I guess I'm too carried away for this post that I can type a few series of it. Or I can even write a novel! What an idea. But heck, I'm not gonna do that, for sure. And that means I'm gonna have to stop now.

Few days back, I can also feel like some part of me is ebbing away. I don't know how and why, or maybe that's the way I am but.. Darn! I'm about ending and I can't let this begin again. Not this time.

Okay, Bye!

***An exception for this post. It have actually reached hours. Typing this alone is sooooo time consuming.

p.s : I forgot to write about washing machines here
p.s.s : The nearest-to-my-room water cooler machine is broken, for two days already and still, no action done by the management side. They need time, maybe. Well, 'take' your time.
p.s.s.s : I heard that we can already register for wireless connection while typing this.
p.s.s.s.s : I haven't done my Bio lab report, Chemist lab report and Arabic homework.
p.s.s.s.s.s : But I think I'm not gonna spend most of my tomorrow doing them.
p.s.s.s.s.s.s : If you have been reading from the top until this very bottom, thanks for 'wasting' your time on this. Appreciate that very much.
p.s.s.s.s.s.s.s : If you have skipped some parts of the post to read this, well, I'm not gonna say anything, but still, thanks for reading.
